While everyone’s sweating it out to get that perfect summer beach body, here's some good news – Dubai’s coastline just got cooler with this new spot. It's not on the usual hit-list like Jumeirah’s beaches; this one’s tucked away on the Deira waterfront. And the cherry on top? It’s totally free and pet-friendly. Yep, your furry pals can tag along for some beach fun.

Imagine the joy of all the pet parents in Dubai, finally having a place where their dogs and cats can play around in the sand and splash in the waves. There’s nothing quite like seeing a happy doggo catching waves, right?

So, Where Exactly Is This?

Can you find this on Google Maps? In the immortal words of Obama, "Yes, you can!" It’s just a five-minute stroll from Sands Beach Club at Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai. Plug that into your GPS, and you’re golden. This beach is part of the Dubai Islands – that cool man-made archipelago near Deira.

What’s the Vibe Here?

Right now, Dubai Islands Beach is pretty chill. Think calming wave sounds with the occasional playful bark. Perfect for unwinding on the free beach loungers sprinkled about. But don’t get too cozy with the quiet – a bunch of water sports and fun activities are coming soon. We're talking beach volleyball, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, and football. Sounds like my kind of beach!

And that’s not all – the beach plans to have restaurants and pop-ups galore by the end of this year. Food carts are already setting up, including Boba gurus Yi Fang and the delightful Gelato Divino ice cream truck.

Is this gonna be the new Kite Beach? Stick around to find out. We’ll keep you posted with all the juicy updates. Till then, we’re soaking up the sun and enjoying the sandy solitude.
