The result is exactly what made the dessert go viral almost immediately across Dubai and the wider UAE. Hot cookie dough slowly melts into freezing soft serve as you eat it, creating a constantly changing mix of textures from the very first spoonful.

You start with a thick warm cookie layer sitting over a hidden base of creamy soft serve. The cookie arrives fresh and hot enough to soften the ice cream underneath almost instantly. As you dig deeper, the textures blend together into something halfway between molten cookie batter and frozen soft serve.
It is intentionally messy in the best possible way. The dessert currently comes in two flavour options: Caramelised Lotus and Decadent Brownie.
The Lotus version leans into caramelised Biscoff-style flavours, while the Brownie option is much richer and more chocolate-heavy. The Brownie version has already become the favourite across most early reviews and social media reactions.
