Dubai just broke its own record with Ciel Dubai Marina as the world's tallest hotel. Standing at 377 meters, the Marina has overtaken Gevora Hotel's (356.33m, 75 floors) seven-year reign. This brand new 82-floor tower brings the highest infinity pool, a three-level modern Asian restaurant, and 1,000+ rooms with floor-to-ceiling views of Palm Jumeirah.

Ciel Dubai Marina opened its doors on the 15th of November, 2025 and welcomed its first guests on the 17th of November, 2025. If you're looking for the highest infinity pool and club in the world, this is where you'll find them.

What You're Walking Into

Beyond the infinity pool (Level 76 at 310 meters), this Vignette Collection property by IHG holds two other Guinness World Records of the tallest hotel globally and the highest club (level 81). The tower was designed by London-based NORR Group with an "eye of the needle" shape and a 300-meter atrium running through the center. The structure took nine years to complete, with construction handled by China Railway 18th Bureau Group from November 2016 to November 2025 at a cost of Dh2 billion.

The architecture uses computational fluid dynamics modeling to handle wind loads at this height, and the building includes energy-efficient systems that consume 25% less power than typical hotels, along with rainwater harvesting, vertically stacked gardens and natural ventilation.

Wine and Dine

Ciel Dubai Marina has eight dining venues, with Tattu Dubai as the main attraction across three levels.

Level 74 is the Restaurant & Bar, serving Chinese and Japanese dishes. It opened early on the 10th of October, 2025, before the hotel's official launch. Level 76 is where the world's highest Tattu Sky Infinity Pool sits with plush daybeds and DJ sets, so you'll surely need to book ahead. Level 81 is Tattu Sky Lounge & Terrace, giving you 360° views with afternoon tea starting at Dh175. After dark, it transforms into a nightclub.
